PT. Ira Property Mandiri has sold land and homes in Lombok since 2000. The management and the whole team are Lombok locals — we know the roads, the villages, and the paperwork because it's home.
We work with private owners and buyers from across Indonesia and overseas, as well as land plots for government projects. Every listing we publish has had its title checked first — we'd rather show you fewer properties than put our name next to one we haven't verified.
For foreign buyers, the hard part is rarely finding land; it's owning it properly. We handle that end to end: setting up the PMA company, land due diligence, building permits, and zoning — working with a notary and lawyer who deal with property every week, not once a year.
Our commission is 3–5%, paid only by the seller. Buyers pay us nothing for guidance, viewings, or consultation.
